Terms of use (end user license agreement)

This sales app is built by Ed Holloway ("we") for Distinctive Outdoor. These terms cover anyone who signs in to it or connects it to QuickBooks Online.

Who may use it

Distinctive Outdoor and the staff it gives accounts to, for Distinctive Outdoor's own business. Customers may open the proposal links sent to them. The app may not be resold, shared outside Distinctive Outdoor or used for anyone else's business.

The agreement between us comes first

Distinctive Outdoor and Ed Holloway have a signed project agreement. Where these terms and that agreement differ, the agreement wins.

QuickBooks

Connecting QuickBooks Online lets the app read the lists it needs and create estimates in the connected company. The company's admin approves the connection and can disconnect it at any time. QuickBooks and Intuit are trademarks of Intuit Inc.; this app is not made or endorsed by Intuit.

Your responsibilities

Keep your password private, check quotes, tax and estimates before relying on them, and tell us about anything that looks wrong.

Limits

Except as the project agreement says otherwise, the app is provided as is, without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Prices come from vendor lists and the rules Distinctive Outdoor sets; sales tax comes from QuickBooks.
